Vegan Cheese & Herbs 101

Join us for a late summer class where you’ll learn basic vegan cheese making and combining it with your favorite herbs!

This event on Thursday, September 26th at 6pm inside the Essex Kitchen is hosted by our vendor Riverdel in collaboration with FarmBased Foodie.

Nosh on vegan cheese, sip on herbal tea while experimenting and take home your own vegan cheese base for aging & your favorite herbal salt!

This class is partially hands-on, coupled with demonstration-style teaching. We share blenders in teams but everyone gets to make their own batch to take home!
