Maria, a self-taught chef raised in New York’s Lower East Side with family roots in Ponce, Puerto Rico, has been sharing her love of Puerto Rican cuisine through sold-out cooking classes, private catering gigs, and festivals. Now, she’s proud to serve those same beloved dishes in the heart of the Market, ready for you to enjoy any day of the week.
