Chilean Tomato Salad
INGREDIENTS
1 cup thinly sliced onions
½ teaspoon salt
4 cups sliced tomatoes
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place onions in a small bowl and sprinkle with salt. Set aside for 20-30 minutes.
Rinse onions under water to remove salt. Drain well.
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Add olive oil and mix well.
Enjoy or refrigerate and serve cold!
