Nestled in the middle of Essex Market is Chomps-Élysées, a new concept by Tiffany Iung!

Inspired by French and American home cooking, the menu will highlight seasonal, fresh ingredients for a rotating selection of sandwiches, soups and more.

While this is Tiffany’s first storefront, she has operated food businesses in Denver and Paris. Her Parisian sandwich enterprise (operated from her tiny walk-up off the Champs-Élysées) was much acclaimed, even garnering the attention of Vogue France.
