Following New York State guidelines, all Essex Market vendors, staff and customers must cover their face while inside Essex Market for the safety of our community.

We have implemented various signage throughout the market to help shoppers maintain the recommended 6 feet for social distancing while waiting in line to pay.

You’ll notice bright green signage on the floor at several vendors and stanchions to help customers stand 6 feet apart. We ask for your help in maintaining social distancing while shopping at Essex Market.

 
 

we have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols throughout the market.

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning surfaces, door handles and more throughout the market.

  • We also implemented hand sanitizing stations located at all entrances to Essex Market. We are doing our best to keep these refilled.

  • All vendors have been supplied with additional cleaning supplies to maintain a clean environment.
