Summertime Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
½ cup plain yogurt
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons honey (optional)
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour into a cold glass and enjoy!

Mix it up with your favorite fruits! Frozen blueberries, pineapple or peaches would all be great options.
Remember to peel your bananas before putting them in the freezer.
Chia seeds are a great source of fiber and protein!
