Summertime Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

½ cup plain yogurt
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons honey (optional)
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)


DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

  2. Pour into a cold glass and enjoy!

quick tips

  • Mix it up with your favorite fruits! Frozen blueberries, pineapple or peaches would all be great options.

  • Remember to peel your bananas before putting them in the freezer.

  • Chia seeds are a great source of fiber and protein!
