Sweet & Spicy Mango Salsa
INGREDIENTS
3 ripe mangos, cut into cubes
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup chopped red onion
¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves,
chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1 large lime, juiced
salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the mango, red bell pepper, onion, cilantro and jalapeño. Drizzle with the juice of one lime.
Stir to combine, and add salt to taste. Store the salsa in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Serve with tortilla chips, or with prepared tacos!
